BACK TO CLASSROOM PROGRAM
Fola Ogunsola Foundation (FOF) works to bring out-of-school children into classrooms and transform their lives into meaningful learning and future success. We identify and enroll underserved children, provide access to quality education, and support their transition into confident students and future graduates. At the same time, we strengthen teaching and learning systems to ensure every child not only attends school but thrives within it.
How We Do It:
- Collaborate with state governments, education sponsors, parents, communities, and education regulators and agencies
- Engage families and community leaders to address barriers and ensure children are released and retained in school
- Equip and inspire teachers to teach with passion, empathy, and excellence
- Provide learning materials, mentorship, and continuous support to help children succeed
Our Experience & Impact:
- Leverage hands-on experience from implementing the Slum2School model in underserved communities
- Successfully reintegrate out-of-school children into formal education systems

Life After School Program
A signature initiative designed to prepare final-year students and recent graduates for real-world challenges. Through career guidance, personal development, and mentorship, this program bridges the gap between academic life and the workplace.

Finishing School
Our Finishing School equips graduates with the etiquette, ethics, communication, and leadership skills required in the professional world. It transforms academically qualified individuals into workplace-ready professionals.
What We Teach:
- Workplace behavior and dressing
- Time management and team collaboration
- Interview handling and communication skills
Adopt-a-Student Program
A support system for indigent but brilliant students. Donors can “adopt” students by sponsoring their tuition, educational materials, and personal development needs.
Impact:
- Dozens of students currently in school through this initiative
- Transparent donor-student reporting system
- Empowering future leaders through education
Entrepreneurial Skills Workshop
To combat rising graduate unemployment, we run entrepreneurial training sessions that promote self-employment, financial literacy, and basic business development.

- Marketing & branding tips for startups
Campus Outreach Events
