Who We Are
Fola Ogunsola Foundation (FOF) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization established out of a sincere desire to transform lives through purposeful interventions. Our mission is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and a commitment to equipping individuals — especially the youth — with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.
Through collaboration with state governments, education sponsors, parents, communities, and education regulators and agencies, we are committed to transforming out-of-school children into confident learners and successful graduates, while equipping graduating students, unemployed graduates, and indigent students to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world readiness

Why We Exist
The idea for the foundation was born out of a personal passion for youth development by our founder, Dr. Mrs Fola Ogunsola, who has consistently advocated for values-based education and employability readiness. She observed the growing concerns surrounding youth unemployment, lack of practical life skills, and the widening gap between academic learning and workplace expectations.
Through carefully designed initiatives, events, and partnerships, FOF has continued to touch lives and leave lasting impact in institutions, communities, and families — both in Nigeria and abroad.
