It’s really not about the ‘vacancies’, much more than ‘availability’ is necessary for attaining maximal success and positive yield.
Stuck somewhere in our campus-mind is the ideology that our colored hard-cover designed certificate is the only response to every vacancy signpost we come across – No No.
Now, many would assume my previous paragraph as a statement to useless certificates…but how well can we explain a certified graduate possessing an uncertified mindset?
Let’s awake into reality. There are more locked-up that is way beyond our academics schemes. We must begin to explore and delve deeper into the basics of our present realities.
Don’t just get restrained to solving calculus or making labels of microscopic organisms; step out of the box and learn the basics of an average business structure. Learn to write and structure a proposal, read books on etiquette and public speaking, learn basic ICT skills, browse out templates for writing reports, learn to be articulate. These and much more, even as simple as writing a proper employment letter, are basic essentials the 21st Century corporate environment seek after before other competences.
