For ages, stories abound of great artisans and philosophers whose work has been inspired by the ingenuity and breathtaking beauty of nature. Michelangelo, Shakespeare and Charles Darwin are such names. The world’s richest and wisest man ever known, Solomon, was inspired to pen down these words, “there is time for everything…and the creator has made everything beautiful in its own time. One thing that stands out and cannot be replaced, is LIFE.
The life of Fola Ogunsola is an inspiring story of one person who was determined to make it to the top despite tough challenges. At her heart lies the need to give back to the society. This is not much because she has benefited from the society, but because of the special grace of God on her life, she was able to excel in her chosen career. Over the years, she became involved in activities aimed at bringing succor to the orphans, indigent students, graduating students and the unemployed. It became obvious that the scope of her involvement in all these activities needed a more coordinated platform that will better translate and articulate all these concerns. This therefore resulted in the birth of the FOLA OGUNSOLA FOUNDATION.
The Foundation has a passion for the less privilege in the society. From a humble perspective, the mission of the Foundation is to wipe away the tears from their eyes. It hopes to accomplish this by nurturing the young people and indigent undergraduates to enable them to contribute positively to the communities.
We are privileged to have quite a number of sponsors who have bought into the vision of the Foundation with a commitment to give generously back to the society.
