CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT ZONE FOR NATIONS (CEZN)

The Capacity Enhancement Zone for Nations (CEZN) is a registered not-for-profit organization based in Nigeria. It is 100% hands on capacity building training centre designed to bring about the next generations of workplace champions, future executives and entrepreneurs. The centre will run training and capacity building scheduled program all year round for the identified vulnerable categories; high school graduates, college graduates and graduates of higher institutions, with primary focus on women and youths.

The centre will be located in a serene but accessible environment, devoid of the hassle and bustle of city life. It will be fully residential, providing comfortable accommodation for staff and students, uninterrupted electricity and portable water. The centre will also be equipped with first class facilities for training, such as a well-equipped library, an E-Library, interactive boards, computers and internet access.

CEZN is a response to the challenge of unemployment due largely to poor skill sets and poor education.

Mission Statement

The mission of Capacity Enhancement Zone for Nations (CEZN) Women Empowerment Centre is to raise a generation of vibrant, well trained and highly skilled, competent and highly motivated pool of young women, employees and entrepreneurs.

Vision

The vision of Capacity Enhancement Zone for Nations (CEZN) Women Empowerment Centre is to provide:

  1. A world class training and capacity enhancement facility, fully residential and well

equipped.

  1. A pool of highly skilled and motivated work force.
  • A world class facility for personal or corporate retreat, research and development of human capital resources.

The Centre will be built on a land covering a total of 4.67 hectares (70 Plots). The site is located in a quiet and serene town of Esure, Ijebu-Imushin, Ogun State, Nigeria. The land has been acquired and architectural and structural drawings completed (Available on request).

All necessary approvals for the project have been obtained. The development of the site is expected to be completed within 36 months.

Facilities to be provided include:

 

  • 10 Classrooms that can accommodate minimum of 25 students each.
  • 2 Conference halls; one theatre and one flat floor.

  • Administrative block.  Waiting rooms, Registration centers, Enquiries hall, Student Affairs, Payments, Etc
  • Accommodation for Students and Facilitators

  • Tuck shop with store.
  • Bookshop with store
  • Library with store
  • Church hall with 2 Offices for Pastor and Counselors

The promoters intend to run the facility as a not-for-profit organization. However, the centre will be self-sustaining, through good will, patronage, sponsorships and donations.

 

The Board of Trustees will ensure the recruitment of qualified and passionate personnel to manage every aspect of the centre and ensure they are well remunerated and motivated.

 

Products of the centre are expected to be gainfully employed immediately on completion of their training, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the country, reducing poverty induced by unemployment and improving the general wellbeing of families.
