Recognizing this gap, the Fola Ogunsola Foundation (FOF) established the Finishing School Program—a transformative initiative aimed at preparing graduates for life after school.

At FOF, we believe that being educated is not the same as being employable. Our Finishing School exists to help graduates bridge the divide between the academic world and the professional space. It is a space where they are reoriented, retrained, and re-equipped for the demands of the real world.

The program covers a range of critical areas including personal development, career guidance, soft skills training, and professional ethics. These components are often overlooked in traditional education but are vital in shaping a well-rounded, employable individual. From mastering job interviews and writing effective CVs to improving emotional intelligence and workplace etiquette, we focus on preparing the “total graduate.”

Our sessions also dive into mindset building—encouraging resilience, adaptability, and the importance of a growth-oriented outlook. Through workshops, mock sessions, and mentorship engagements, we simulate real-world challenges and offer practical tools to navigate them successfully.
